-Accurate and verifiable information cannot be removed

-No guarantees are made regarding any outcomes, credit score changes, timelines etc.


9. Billing and Payment Authorization

By enrolling in Services, you authorize the Company to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Charges occur on your designated billing date

Billing may occur before or after weekends or holidays

Declined payments may be retried automatically

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information

Failure to update payment information does not cancel your obligations.


10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must comply with the following requirements:

-Must be received at least three (3) business days prior to your billing date

The following are not valid methods of cancellation:

-Phone calls

-Text messages (SMS)

-Verbal requests

Requests submitted after the required timeframe will not prevent the next scheduled charge.

You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to the effective cancellation date.

Upon cancellation:

-Services will terminate

-Access to any client portals, client monitoring or data may be revoked


11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks for valid, authorized transactions.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

-Immediate termination of services

-Referral to collections

-Legal action

-Additional fees and costs


12. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services and content for personal use only. No ownership rights are transferred.


13. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to:

-Use the Services for unlawful purposes

-Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content

-Interfere with system operations

-Attempt unauthorized access to systems

-You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without written permission.


14. User Covenants

You agree that:
